Section 02 / Where the job gets lost

You Are Not Losing on Price.
You Are Losing the Chance to Bid.

The fence contractor who responds while the homeowner is actively looking gets the opportunity to compete. You cannot win a bid you never get to give.

You cannot set posts, run crews, answer the phone, and follow up with every new lead at the same time. The leads you already paid for can sit untouched while you are in the field. By the time you call back, another contractor may already be measuring that yard.

Section 03 / After-hours lead response

Fence Leads Don't Follow Business Hours

Fence leads come in after work, in the evening, on weekends, and overnight. Evening and weekend leads are worked as they land. Anything that arrives overnight is picked up the moment the window opens at 7 AM.

Either way it gets qualified, followed up, and booked into an estimate before the opportunity goes cold.

Section 04 / The standard behind every lead

Every Fence Lead Answered Like It Came Into Your Office

The homeowner should believe they are speaking with your fence company, because as far as they are concerned they are. Before we take a single live lead, we learn what you install, the questions your estimators ask, how you fill a calendar, and how you expect a customer to be spoken to.

Every interaction should feel like your best employee answered the phone.

[ Stage 01 // Speed to Lead ]

Speed to Lead

Every lead is worked the moment it lands. Contact is attempted, followed up according to the agreed process, the project scope is qualified when we connect, the estimate is booked when appropriate, and the CRM is updated. Nothing waits for you to finish the day.

Estimates are scheduled around estimator availability, your service areas, and efficient routing, so the calendar fills without burning half a day in the truck.
