Who are we actually hiring?

Do you only work with fence contractors?

Yes. Fencing is the trade we know, and it is the reason a call sounds right to a homeowner. Linear feet, gates, tear-out, post depth, 811, HOA colour approvals, why a corner lot changes the price.

How many contractors do you work with at once?

Deliberately few. The whole model depends on knowing your process well enough to answer as your company, which does not work at volume.

How long before you are actually working our leads?

Usually within a week or two of the kickoff session. The assessment call comes first, then one working session covering your process in detail, then access to your systems.

Who on our team needs to be involved?

What happens between the signature and the crew?

That is Pre-Construction. Deposit verification, 811 coordination, HOA and permit awareness, material orders and site readiness, all tracked to a status before a job is released to production.

Does the work stop once the fence is built?

No. Field Production runs through closeout. Crew routing and material drops, then the walkthrough booked, the final invoice triggered in your system, and the remaining balance followed up until the job can actually be closed.

Can we start with one stage instead of all three?

Yes, and most contractors do. Lead response is the usual starting point because that is where the loss is most visible, and the rest gets added once you can see it working.

Do we have to change our CRM or buy new software?

No. We work inside whatever you already run, whether that is a full CRM, a shared calendar and a spreadsheet, or something in between. Nothing gets migrated and no data moves to a system of ours.

Do you use your process or ours?

What happens when our process changes?

Not unless that is what you want. Most of our work sits alongside people already there, taking the load that has been landing on an owner's evenings or a stretched office manager.

Your company. We answer in your company name, ask your questions, and book into your calendar. Nothing about the call tells a homeowner anyone else is involved.

Everything is logged in your systems as it happens, so you open your CRM and see the real position rather than asking anyone.

It stays yours and it stays where it is. Your leads, homeowner details, pricing and job records live in your systems, not ours. We work inside your tools rather than copying anything into a database of our own.

Yes. Fencing is the only trade we work in, and that focus is what makes us useful to you.

Do you cover evenings and weekends?

Coverage runs seven days a week, 7am to 9pm, with the exact window agreed with your company. Evening and weekend enquiries are worked as they arrive inside that window.

How does pricing work?

A monthly base fee for the coverage you choose, plus a per estimate fee when an appointment is actually booked. If an appointment cancels, you are not charged for it.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

The assessment call is free and there is nothing to pay to have the conversation. Anything beyond that is set out plainly before you commit, with no fee that appears later.

What happens when our volume grows or we add crews?

The work scales with you and the arrangement gets revisited rather than quietly stretched. More leads, more crews or a new service area all change the shape of what we are doing.

Are we locked into a long contract?

No. The work should hold on its own merits, and if it is not working you should be able to say so.

Do you close the sale?

No. Your estimator prices the work and wins it. We make sure the opportunity reaches them while it is still winnable, with enough context that they are not starting from nothing.

Do you pull permits, perform surveys, or control 811?

No to all three. We are not a permitting authority, an HOA, a surveyor, or a utility locating service. Permits are issued by the authority and held in your name, locating is done by the 811 centre and the utility operators.

Do you handle our money?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not take payments, hold funds, or act as your company in a financial capacity. Deposits and balances go directly to you through your own systems.

Do you generate leads for us?

Accepted Answer

No. We are not a lead generation company and we do not sell you leads. You already pay for yours through Angi, Google, referrals or your own name in the market.
