How J TecHive handles your information, your customers’ information, and what each side is responsible for.

J TecHive Pvt Ltd is a private limited company incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, company registration number 0149596. We provide remote back-office operations for fence contractors in the United States.
Our team operates from Pakistan. Our clients, and their customers, are in the United States. That means information you or your customers provide may be processed outside the country you are located in, which is set out in full under who we share with.
We state this here rather than further down because it is the kind of thing you should know before reading the rest, not after.
Two forms on this site collect information. The Lead Loss Report form asks for your monthly lead volume, average job value, typical response time and email address. The assessment request form asks for your name, company, phone, email, the state you work in, and optional details about your operation.
You choose what to give us. Only the fields marked required are needed, and the optional ones can be left blank without affecting anything.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs including IP address, browser type and pages visited. If analytics are enabled, aggregate usage data is collected. We do not use advertising trackers or sell any of it.
To do the work we need access to the systems you already run, which may include your CRM, calendar, phone system and email. Access is granted by you and can be withdrawn by you at any time.
This section matters more than the rest, because doing this work means handling information about the homeowners who contact your company.
Your customers’ data belongs to you. We handle it on your instruction, inside your systems, for the purpose of running your operation. We do not copy it out, sell it, or use it for anything else.
In practice that means:
If your business is subject to data protection obligations that require a written processing agreement, we will sign one. Ask on the assessment call.
Information you give us through this site is used to reply to you, prepare the report or assessment you asked for, and, if you become a client, to run the work you have engaged us for.
We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking. We do not use your information to train any automated system.
We share information only where it is necessary to operate:
Because our team works from Pakistan and our clients are in the United States, information may be processed outside the country where you are located. If that matters to your business, raise it before we begin and we will put the arrangement in writing.
Form submissions are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and as long as needed afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email crew@jtechive.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Depending on where you or your business is located, you may have additional rights under local law. We will honour them where they apply.
We use access controls, unique credentials per team member, and encrypted connections to the systems we work in. We do not store client credentials in shared documents or personal devices outside agreed tools.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you promptly and tell you what happened.
J TecHive provides remote administrative and coordination services as set out in your engagement. The scope is agreed in writing before work begins and can be changed by agreement.
Fees are set out on our pricing page and confirmed in writing before work begins. Monthly fees are billed in advance. Per-appointment fees are billed in arrears for appointments actually booked. Cancelled appointments are not charged.
Either side may end the engagement with reasonable notice as agreed in writing. On termination we return or delete your data as you direct, and our access to your systems ends.
We work to a standard of reasonable professional care. We do not guarantee that any particular lead becomes a sale, that any job completes on a particular date, or any specific business outcome. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the period in which an issue arose, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
